Here are some pictures from my work site, La Asuncion. I am supposed to be helping the town improve their ecological swimming hole, so they can attract more visitors to their town. 
The water is kindof murky now, and I am looking for suggestions on what to plant to clean the water. Or maybe we need to redirect the water, but I don´t know much about that either! The swimming hole is just a pooled part of a river. 
This project was started by the previous Peace Corps volunteer. I think he helped plant the bamboo and some of the other plants, and got the tire seats installed. 
This bar is new, but still not yet ready for business!
